To make the Balsamic Reduction: Place desired amount of vinegar (at least 3 Tbsp) in a small pot. Bring to a boil and reduce until desired thickness.
For a vegetarian/vegan bacon substitute: Toast 2 tbsp sunflower seeds lightly in a pan heated to medium-low. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Then, sprinkle seeds into the avocado pit.
