1 cup cubes Avocado
1 medium Banana (s)
2 tbsp Honey
1 large Egg
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 cup Cacao powder, raw
1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips (optional)


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 F.  Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut into the avocado lengthwise until you hit the pit.  Rotate the knife around the entire pit until you have two halves.  Carefully hit the pit with the knife until it punctures it.  Turn the knife to pop out the pit.  Push a spoon between the avocado and the skin and carve the avocado out of its skin.  Chop each half into approx. 1 inch cubes.
  3. Add the banana, avocado and honey to a food processor.  Blend until well combined.
  4. Add in the egg, baking soda, and cocoa powder.  Blend batter again until well combined.
  5. Optional:  Add chocolate chips to the batter.  Combine into the batter with a spatula.
  6. Scoop the batter 1 heaping tbsp at a time onto the baking sheet.  Each batter droplet should be about 2 inches apart.
  7. Place the tray in the oven.  Bake for approx. 10 minutes, or until cookies are firm.
