1/4 cup Frozen blueberries
1/4 cup Frozen raspberries
1/4 cup Avocado (frozen)
1/2 cup Spinach
1 tbsp Almond butter
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1/2 tbsp Chia seeds
1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1 cup Water

Instructions


Add all ingredients to a blender and mix well.

Pour into a glass and top with desired toppings (homemade granola, nuts, seeds, etc.).
