6 tbsp Carob powder
3 tbsp Water (or dairy-free milk)
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 tbsp Maple syrup, pure (optional)
1 tsp Sea salt


  1. To remove the avocado skin:  Cut into the avocado lengthwise until you hit the pit.  Rotate the knife around the entire pit until you have two halves.  Carefully hit the pit with the knife until it punctures it.  Turn the knife to pop out the pit.  Push a spoon between the avocado and the skin and carve the avocado out of its skin.  Discard the skin.
  2. Peel the banana.  Discard peel.
  3. Add avocado, banana, carob powder, water, vanilla, maple syrup, and sea salt to a blender or food processor.  Bend until well mixed.
  4. Serve immediately.



  • Tip: You can freeze into popsicle molds for a healthy fudgesicle.
