1 medium Banana (s)
6 tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened
4 tbsp Water
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
2 tbsp Maple syrup, pure (as needed)
1 pinch Sea Salt (optional)


  1. To remove the avocado skin:  Cut into the avocado lengthwise until you hit the pit.  Rotate the knife around the entire pit until you have two halves.  Carefully hit the pit with the knife until it punctures it.  Turn the knife to pop out the pit.  Push a spoon between the avocado and the skin and carve the avocado out of its skin.  Discard the skin.
  2. Peel banana, discard peel.
  3. Add avocado, banana, cocoa powder, water, vanilla, maple syrup, and sea salt to a high-power blender or food processor.  Blend well until very smooth.  Add more water, if needed, to achieve pudding consistency.
  4. Serve immediately.



  • Freeze into popsicle molds for a healthy fudgesicle.
  • Can use dairy-free milk instead of water.
