2 avocado(s) Avocado (ripe)
2 tbsp Cacao powder, raw
2 1/2 tbsp Cashew milk, unsweetened (or other plant based milk)
1 1/2 tbsp Maple syrup, pure
1 pinch Sea Salt


  1. To remove the avocado skin:  Cut into the avocado lengthwise until you hit the pit.  Rotate the knife around the entire pit until you have two halves.  Carefully hit the pit with the knife until it punctures it.  Turn the knife to pop out the pit.  Push a spoon between the avocado and the skin and carve the avocado out of its skin.  Discard the skin.
  2. Add avocado, cacao powder, cashew milk, maple syrup, and sea salt to a high-power blender.  Blend until very smooth.
  3. Add more cashew milk to achieve the consistency of pudding, if needed.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 min or more in a tightly sealed container and enjoy!
