Simple avocado salad


2 avocado(s) Avocado (peeled, cut into chunks)
1 medium Tomato (diced)
4 tbsp Green onion (or red onion; chopped)
1 cup diced Celery (chopped)
6 medium egg Egg, hard boiled (thinly sliced)
1 dash Salt and pepper
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Mayonnaise


  1. Cut ingredients into small pieces as directed.
  2. Mix all ingredients together with salt, pepper, honey, and mayonnaise.


To Boil Egg:

  • Place egg in a pot of cold water covered by 1 inch. 
  • Bring water to a boil over medium-high heat and cover for about 10 minutes
  • Remove from the heat, let cool, then peel and chop as desired
