Instructions
When it comes to sourdough, I prefer to lightly toast it in a cast-iron skillet, one side only, because a toaster can make it a little tough. However, a toaster is fine if needed, though I recommend toasting on the lighter side. Top with fresh avocado, tomatoes, and salt and pepper to taste.
