1/2 avocado(s) Avocado
1 large slice Sourdough bread (with a good crust)
1/2 green onion (stem) Green onion (chopped)

Instructions


  1. Crush the avocado with a fork and add salt and green onions
  2. Boil water and lower the heat to medium
  3. Add the eggs one by one with a spoon quietly in hot water
