1/2 avocado(s) Avocado
2 slice Whole grain bread (or ezekiel bread)

Instructions


1. Cut avocado in half and remove pit. Slice avocado into thin slices. 

 

2. Toast bread and add slices of avocado on top with salt and pepper to taste. 

Serve and enjoy!

Notes:

Avocado

is a great source of monounsaturated fatty acids which are excellent for heart health


For more nutrients - add thin banana slices on top or

add peanut butter or almond butter to bread before adding the avocado slices
