1 cup | Pear Puree, baby food ((really use any baby puree combinations combined with any grains or meats)) |
1 large | Egg ((can use chia egg or flex egg to hold the mixture together)) |
1 tbsp | Coconut oil ((can also use butter, ghee, avocado oil, coconut oil, refined coconut oil, olive oil)) |
To adapt any family meals into baby friendly foods
STEP 1: Gather your purees or chunky foods into a bowl. This can be purees, cooked spinach, little pieces of meats
STEP 2: Add an egg mixture to hold everything together. For every 1 cup of food, add 1 egg.. This can be a large egg, a chia egg or a flax egg as well. Mix it well
STEP 3: Make 2 to 3 inch patties.
STEP 4: Add butter or oil of choice to a frying pan over medium heat and let come to a heat
STEP 5: Fry patties for 2 to 3 minutes on the first side or until you see the sides start to turn golden.
STEP 6: Flip and cook for another 2 minutes more.
STEP 7: Cut into strips and serve.
