Ingredients

Coconut oil
12 cup
Spinach
(fresh)
10 medium slice
Bacon
8 large
Egg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375.
Cook spinach down in large pot with 1/4 cup water and make bacon according to package.
Crumble bacon into little pieces.
Beat 8 eggs and add to an 8 x 8 baking dish lightly grease with coconut oil.
Add in spinach and bacon.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the center is completely cooked. Enjoy!
