Bacon, Egg, Cheese, & Avocado Sando

Ingredients


1 medium bagel (9-10cm dia) Whole wheat bagel (Any Bagel)
171 gm Just Egg
1 slice Dairy-free cheddar cheese shreds, Daiya
2 slices Vegan Bacon
1/4 avocado(s) Avocado
1 tbsp Butter, vegan

Instructions


1. Cook the Just Egg liquid the same way you would a normal egg. You can also use Just Egg Folds. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Cook the vegan bacon at the same time. 

3. Once the just egg is cooked, cover the just egg with a slice of vegan cheese and cover with a lid to melt.

4. While melting, toast and butter your bagel.

5. When cheese is melted, add the just egg and bacon to the bagel. 

6. Top with avocado.

7. Enjoy :)
