4 large | Egg (free-range) |
150 gm | Waitrose Smoked British Thick Back Bacon |
1 tbsp | Butter, grass fed, unsalted |
200 gm | Spinach (8 oz) |
1 tsp | Salt and pepper (season to your taste, add chilli flakes for spice) |
Grill, broil or pan fry bacon to your liking, about 10 mins
Melt the butter in a medium sized frying pan
Crack in the eggs and fry for a couple of minutes, or how you prefer them
Once the eggs are cooked, remove from pan to a plate and add in the spinach. Cook through for 5 minutes until fully wilted, season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes
Plate it all up & enjoy!
