4 large Egg (free-range)
150 gm Waitrose Smoked British Thick Back Bacon
1 tbsp Butter, grass fed, unsalted
200 gm Spinach (8 oz)
1 tsp Salt and pepper (season to your taste, add chilli flakes for spice)

Instructions


  1. Grill, broil or pan fry bacon to your liking, about 10 mins

  2. Melt the butter in a medium sized frying pan

  3. Crack in the eggs and fry for a couple of minutes, or how you prefer them

  4. Once the eggs are cooked, remove from pan to a plate and add in the spinach. Cook through for 5 minutes until fully wilted, season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes

  5. Plate it all up & enjoy!
