|1/4 cup||Soy sauce|
|1/2 cup||Monk Fruit in The Raw Natural Sweetener ("golden")|
|3/4 cup||Monk Fruit in The Raw Natural Sweetener|
|4 can(s) (8oz)||Water chestnuts, canned (drained)|
Combine soy sauce, Monk Fruit and water chestnuts. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes, no longer, stirring occasionally.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cut bacon in half. Roll each chestnut in Monk Fruit and wrap with bacon securing with toothpick and placing in baking pan close together.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. At this point you could refrigerate until ready to serve. Skim off excess bacon fat from surface. Broil for 5 minutes before serving.
