10 medium slice Bacon (cut in half; cook up raw bacon slices until slightly crisp)
3 cup diced Pineapple (bite size pieces)
1 tbsp Maple syrup, pure


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook bacon, if using raw, until slightly crisp.
  3. Wrap pineapple pieces with bacon and secure with toothpick and place on cookie sheet.
  4. Drizzle pineapple pieces evenly with pure maple syrup.
  5. Bake for 5-10 minutes just to warm.


Large servings of pineapple contain moderate amounts of Oligos-fructans.

For Low FODMAP, limit to about 5 pieces.
