2 bunch Kale
1 1/2 tbsp Avocado oil
1 pinch Sea Salt (or your favorite seasoning)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Then, remove the kale leaves from the stems and wash the leaves well in a few changes of water.
  2. Then, in small batches, spin the leaves dry in a salad spinner.
  3. Toss the dry leaves with avocado oil and use your hands to distribute the oil evenly.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay some of the leaves on top in a single layer.
  5. Make sure the leaves are all flat and not folded over or they won’t crisp properly. Do not overcrowd.
  6. Put the tray in the oven and bake for about 12 minutes, make sure to keep an eye on the kale chips because they can burn quickly.
  7. Once the kale’s out of the oven, season the chips with some sea salt or your favorite seasoning salt.
