Ingredients


1 small Apple (cored and seeded)
1/4 cup Coconut milk, sweetened (or almond milk)
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
2 tbsp Fermented protein powder, vanilla (or collagen powder)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 pinch Ginger, ground

Instructions


Bake apple in roasting pan in oven at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.

In a high speed blender, combine all the ingredients. Puree on high until smooth.

Add stevia to taste, if desired.
