Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all wet ingredients together (milk, yogurt, banana, honey and egg). Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix until everything is combined.
In a greased or lined baking pan (20 x 30 cm ) (8 x 12 inch) pour in all of the batter and spread it out evenly. Top it with a few berries, and bake in the oven for 30 min.
When the cake is done remove and set aside to cool. Once cooled, remove it from the pan and use a sharp knife to cut it into 12 breakfast bars.
The bars freeze well and they stay moist and delicious in the fridge for up to 5 days.
