1/4 medium head Green cabbage (sliced)
2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp Garlic salt (or to taste)
1/4 tsp Black pepper (or to taste)

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Wash and remove outer leaves, trim stem off.
  3. Cut 1 to 1 1/2 inch steaks brush both sides with olive oil, garlic salt and pepper both sides.
  4. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until edges start to brown.
  5. Enjoy!
