Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
Bring the water to boil in a large pot, together with all spices.
Split the cauliflower head into small pieces and throw them into the boiling water - let simmer for 3 minutes, then remove them from the water and drain them.
Grease a baking pan with a bit of butter or oil, then place the drained cauliflower into the pan.
Prepare a mix of the whisked eggs, créme fraîche, and the olive oil, then pour it evenly over the cauliflower. Top with the grated cheddar.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. If you prefer a thicker, golden crust, set the oven to broil for 1-2 minutes at the very end. Serve hot or fridge chilled.
