6 fillet (100g) | Atlantic salmon,wild, boneless |
6 lemon wedge | Lemon |
6 sprig(s) | Dill, fresh |
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Mix together tamari sauce and lemon juice, and dip salmon fillets in mixture to coat both sides.
3. Place the fillets in a large baking dish, with a slice of lemon and a sprig of dill on top of each fillet.
4. Cover dish with foil and bake about 20 minutes.
