8 drumstick Chicken, drumstick
2 tbsp Hoisin sauce, ready-to-serve
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp White pepper


Preheat oven to 400F.

Combine the chicken with Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper.

Transfer chicken to a baking tray lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper, bake for 30-35 minutes or until the inside of the chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Broil for 1-2 minutes to char the surface.

Remove from oven and serve immediately.
