12 medium egg Egg
6 medium egg Egg white
10 sprig(s) Dill, fresh
10 sprig Parsley, fresh
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1/4 cup Frozen vegetable mix
1/4 cup THRIVE chopped spinach, freeze dried

Instructions


Preheat oven to 400 F.

Toss all ingredients into food processor or blender.
Spray casserole dish well with coconut oil.
Pour batter into casserole dish or loaf pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
