2 cup chopped Apple
1/3 cup packed Brown sugar
2 tbsp Butter, salted (softened)
1 tsp Cinnamon
4 cup Partly skimmed milk, 2% M.F. (for dairy-free, use coconut milk or almond milk)
1/2 cup Raisins, seedless (sultana)
2 1/2 tbsp Rolled oats- Gluten Free
1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Stir all ingredients together and add to a 2-quart casserole.
  3. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.

Notes:

For Dairy-Free - use coconut milk or almond milk to replace cow's milk

For Gluten-Free - make sure the oats package states that they are gluten-free!
