Preheat oven to 450°F.
In ziplock bag, combine flour, garlic salt & cayenne pepper. Seal and shake to mix.
Peel, slice and separate your onion into rings (3/4" thick)
In small dish (big enough to fit onion slices at once), whisk eggs together and add almond milk
Pour panko crumbs into small bowl
Sequence: rings from bag (shaking to coat) into egg mixture then coat in panko
All rings onto a foil lined baking sheet generously sprayed with oil
Bake for 20-25 mins or until rings are golden brown
