1 plantain(s) Plantain, green, raw (ripe, peeled and sliced into 1/4 inch thick slices)
1 tsp Coconut oil
1 tsp Coconut sugar
1 tsp Matcha, green tea powder

Instructions


Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking tray with parchment or foil paper.

Place plantain slices a baking try and drizzle with coconut oil and coconut sugar

Bake  for 15 minutes 

Evenly dust Matcha powder over the baked plantains and toss lightly.
