1 potato Yukon Gold potato (cut into slim wedges - organic)
1 tbsp Rosemary, fresh (roughly chopped)
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Himalayan sea salt
1 tsp Black pepper


1. Heat oven to 400°F.

2. Prepare a flat baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up.

3. Place potato wedges in a bowl and drizzle with rosemary, oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

4. Bake till crispy, and knife is easily inserted about 20-25 minutes.
