2 fillet (170g) Atlantic salmon, wild
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (as needed)
1 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1/2 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
1 dash Salt and pepper (to taste)


  1. Preheat oven to 425F (218C).
  2. Combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper and whisk together, coat the salmon and marinate for at least an hour.
  3. Add the salmon to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven, serve and enjoy!
