|1 tbsp||Extra virgin olive oil (as needed)|
|1 clove(s)||Garlic (minced)|
|1/2 whole lemon(s)||Lemon juice|
|1 dash||Salt and pepper (to taste)|
1. Combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper and whisk together, coat the salmon and marinate for at least an hour.
2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
3. Add the salmon to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
4. Remove from oven, serve and enjoy!
