5 medium Carrots
3 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Lemon and Herb Seasoning, McCormick
2 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
6 potato Potato
1 pinch Salt and pepper

Instructions


Cut potatoes + carrots into strings.
In a large bowl add salt, honey, and spices and mix it up adding potatoes and carrots till coated very well. Coat baking tray with oil and place veggies on the tray. Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 350.
