3 large potato | Sweet potato (can use different varieties, spiralized *peeling is optional) |
2 tbsp | Ghee (or oil of your choice) |
1 tsp | Himalayan sea salt |
1 dash | Black pepper |
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Place the spiralized potatoes onto a baking tray. Spread them out at much as possible so they are in one thin layer on the baking tray. If the tray is overcrowded, the potatoes will not get crispy edges.
3. Scatter 2 TBSP of ghee or other oil over the potatoes
4. Evenly sprinkle with salt and pepper
