Ingredients


1 cup Silk Original Coconut Milk
2 cup Baby spinach (or any greens you prefer)
1 tsp Flaxseeds (whole)
1 tsp Chia seeds (or hemp seeds)
1 small Banana (s) (ripe, see "Notes" below)
2 tbsp Almonds, raw
1/2 cup Frozen raspberries (or any fruit you prefer)
1 dash Cinnamon (a pinch, optional)

Instructions


Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a tall clear glass. 

Feel free to switch up the raspberries and greens for alternatives. 

Notes:

A ripe banana is often sweet enough, so you likely won't need to add any sweetener.
