1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1/4 cup Maple syrup, pure
1 1/2 tbsp Thyme, fresh
2 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1 tsp Sea Salt (to taste)
1 dash Black pepper (to taste)
1 cup Red grape
908 gm Brussels sprouts (halved)
1/4 cup Walnuts (optional; copped; for garnish)

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 350F (176C)
  2. In a small mixing bowl combine balsamic, olive oil, maple syrup, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir until combined.
  3. On a lined baking sheet (foil or oiled), evenly spread Brussels sprouts and grapes.
  4. Pour the liquid mixture on the baking sheet, covering the brussels and grapes.
  5. Using a spoon or your hands make sure everything is coated in the sauce mixture.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes - or until Brussels sprouts and grapes are soft and blistered.
  7. Garnish with more fresh thyme and walnuts if desired.
