This easy kale salad comes together with dried figs, and nutritional yeast YUM!
Ingredients
1 bunch

Curly kale
(de-stemmed, washed, and chopped finely)

5 fig
|
Figs, dried
(chopped; can sub with apricots or cranberries)

1/4 cup

Nutritional yeast
|
1 pinch
|
Himalayan sea salt
|
1 dash

Black pepper

1 tbsp

Flaxseeds
(can sub with chopped pecans or walnuts)

Instructions
- Add chopped kale into a large bowl. Top with approved dressing.
- Add chopped figs, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, and flax seeds. Mix well and serve!
