Banana Almond Butter Shake

2 large Banana (s) (ripe)
2 cup Rice milk, unsweetened (chilled)
1/3 cup Almond butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/2 tsp Cinnamon


Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.


Yields 2 large or 4 small shakes.

Rice milk can be substituted with other milk alternatives.

This recipe also works well with frozen bananas. When your bananas start to get too ripe, store in the freezer until you are ready to use them. Note that using frozen bananas will yield a slightly thicker consistency.
