1/2 cup Coconut water (liquid from coconut) (or use coconut milk - unsweetened)
1/2 cup Yoso Vanilla Coconut Yogurt
2 tbsp Almond butter
1 scoop Protein powder, sprouted, Iron Vegan
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 medium Frozen banana
1 cup Ice cubes

Instructions


1. Combine ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
