1/2 cup Coconut water (liquid from coconut) (or use coconut milk - unsweetened)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
2 tbsp Almond butter
1 scoop fermented vegan proteins+ (vanilla), Genuine Health
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 medium Frozen banana
1 cup Ice cubes

Instructions


1. Combine ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
