1 tsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1/4 cup Raspberries
1/4 cup Blackberries
1/2 medium Banana (s)
1/4 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (as needed)
1/2 cup Steel cut oats, quick, dry

Instructions


Boil water or heat milk, if you choose to use milk or almond milk would be so tasty to add to this.

Add 1/2 a banana and mash into oats and water.

Top with berries. Cinnamon can be added, too.
