| 1/4 cup | Peanut butter, natural |

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix the ground flax with 6 tbsp of water and let sit.
3. Mash the banana with a fork and then add the coconut sugar, peanut butter, vanilla extract and flax "egg."
4. Blend the 2 cups of oats in a blender for 2 minutes to create the oat flour.
5. Add the oat flour, baking powder and baking soda to a bowl and mix together.
6. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix.
7. Pour the batter into a bread pan or muffin pan if making muffins.
8. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
