|1 cup||Coconut flakes, unsweetened|

|2 tsp||Vanilla extract, pure|
|1 tsp||Baking soda|
|1 tsp||Baking powder|
|1/4 tsp||Sea Salt|
|1/4 cup||Dark chocolate chips, vegan|
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Whisk or blend coconut oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and mashed banana thoroughly.
Add the rest of the ingredients except for chocolate chips into a separate bowl and mix.
Make a well in the middle of dry ingredient bowl, pour in wet ingredients.
Combine and then fold in the chocolate chips.
Bake 13-15 minutes until golden.
