This makes 2 large loafs. Serving size per loaf is 10 slices. instructions are:
1. Preheat oven at 350.
2. Mix dry salt, baking powder, and flours in a bowl.
3. Mix banana, sugar, oil, eggs and walnuts in a bowl.
4. Mix dry and wet ingredients together.
5. Grease bread pan with coconut oil
6. Pour batter into loaf pan.
7. Bake for 60 minutes - check at 45 minutes.
