1 cup Silk Original Coconut Milk
1 medium Banana (s) (mashed up)
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/4 cup Coconut, shredded, unsweetened (toasted)
1/2 medium Banana (s) (sliced)
1/2 cup Mixed berries (berries of choice, optional)


1. Combine buckwheat, chia, coconut milk, banana, and vanilla.

2. Cover and place on the counter overnight.

3. When ready to eat, top with coconut, sliced banana, and berries.
