|1/2 medium||Banana (s) (sliced)|
|1/2 cup||Mixed berries (berries of choice, optional)|
1. Combine buckwheat, chia, coconut milk, banana, and vanilla.
2. Cover and place on the counter overnight.
3. When ready to eat, top with coconut, sliced banana, and berries.
