Ingredients


1/4 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1/4 cup Coconut milk, reduced fat
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 dash Cinnamon (optional)
3 tbsp Chia seeds
2 medium Banana (s) (firm, unripe; pureed)
0.12 medium kiwi(s) Kiwi fruit (optional)

Instructions


  1. Combine the almond milk, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a bowl, then stir in the chia seeds and allow to sit for about 5 minutes. 
  2. While the mixture thickens, puree the banana in a blender or food processor.
  3. Add the pureed banana to the chia seed mixture.
  4. Garnish with kiwi or other favorite fruit.
