Ingredients


2 medium Banana (pureed)
5 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
1/8 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
1/8 medium kiwi(s) Kiwi fruit (optional)
2 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 scoop Whey protein powder, vanilla
1/2 cup Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk (Non-fat Milk opt.)

Instructions


Blend protein powder with almond milk and let chia seeds sit in for about 5 minutes with vanilla bean. Mix in the banana puree, garnish with kiwi or other favorite fruit.
