2 medium Banana (s) (pureed)
5 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
1 dash Cinnamon (optional)
0.12 medium kiwi(s) Kiwi fruit (optional)
2 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 scoop Whey protein powder, vanilla
1/2 cup Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk (Non-fat Milk opt.)

Instructions


Blend protein powder with almond milk and let chia seeds sit in for about 5 minutes with vanilla bean. Mix in the banana puree, garnish with kiwi or other favorite fruit.

This delicious recipe has been modified from the MealGarden cookbook to include more protein and less fat.
