1. Peel and cut bananas in half crosswise and then halve lengthwise.
2. Brush with lemon juice and place in a microwave-safe dish.
3. Combine butter, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and orange juice and drizzle over bananas.
4. Cover with a paper towel and microwave on high for 4-5 min.
Option to serve with vanilla ice cream.
