1. Peel and cut bananas in half crosswise and then halve lengthwise.
2. Brush with lemon juice and place in microwave-safe dish.
3. Combine butter, honey, spices, and juice and drizzle over bananas.
4. Cover with a paper towel and microwave on high for 4-5 min.
5. Serve with vanilla frozen yogurt/coconut ice cream if desired.
