1/2 cup | Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk (or to desired consistency) |
2 cup slices | Banana (s) (frozen) |
2 tbsp | Carob chocolate chips |
1 tsp | Cinnamon (optional) |
1 tsp | Vanilla extract, pure |
2 drop(s) | Stevia sweetener, liquid (optional - to taste) |
Bananas have to be frozen to get the right consistency. Freeze sliced bananas at least 8 hours to overnight.
Add banana slices and almond milk to a blender. Vitamix or other high powered blenders work the best, but others will be fine too.
Blend in blender on low and add cinnamon and any other flavors. Turn up to medium if needed. Keep checking in with your blender and go slow as to not overheat.
Consistency should be thicker than a smoothie. If you have a tamper for your blender, use that to help push the ingredients down and blend together.
Blend until all ingredients are mixed.
Serve immediately!
You can flavor this ice cream so many ways!
