|1/2 cup||Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk (or to desired consistency)|
|2 cup slices||Banana (s) (frozen)|
|1/4 cup||Candies, M&M chocolates (optional)|
|2 tbsp||Carob chocolate chips (optional)|
|1 tsp||Cinnamon (optional)|
|1 tbsp||Flaxseeds (ground)|
1. Peel 2 very ripe bananas. Slice into one-inch pieces and freeze until hard.
2. Right before serving, blend in blender with almond milk and cinnamon.
3. Top with flax, carob chips, or M&M's.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Add carob powder or berries to blender for different flavours, or top with fruit and nuts.
