1/2 cup Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk (or to desired consistency)
2 cup slices Banana (frozen)
1/4 cup Candies, M&M chocolates
2 tbsp Carob chocolate chips
1 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
1 tbsp Flaxseeds (ground)


Peel 2 very ripe bananas. Slice into one-inch pieces and freeze until hard.

Right before serving, blend in blender with almond milk and cinnamon.

Top with flax, carob chips, or M&M's.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
