1 cup Ice cubes
1 medium Banana (s)
1 tbsp Almond butter
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1 tbsp Chia seeds
2 cup Baby spinach (or any leafy greens you like )
1/3 cup cubes Tofu, silken, soft
