Ingredients


1 cup Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk
1 medium Banana
1 tbsp Peanut butter, natural
1/2 cup cubes Tofu, silken, soft

Instructions


1. In a blender combine almond milk, tofu, banana and peanut butter.

2. Blend until smooth, and enjoy!

Notes:

Bananas

are high in potassium and low in sodium and may help to lower blood pressure
